We are seeking an Order Manager to support general business operations by providing various administrative support activities.

/ph3Tasks /h3ulliCollect, process and report customer orders input, verifying accuracy and completeness.
/liliMaintain accurate info records of order transactions and consequent customer interactions.
/liliAnalyze Production order data to identify trends, patterns, and put in evidence constrains and address actions for resolution / improvement like product availability or delivery delays.
/liliCross Functional support to manufacturing and logistics teams in check stock availability, Order release ensure timely picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
/liliMFG performance data collection for periodical Key Performance Indicators reporting (On Time Delivery, Quality, Orders Changes, Volumes, ...).
/liliCollaborate with other stakeholders (Project management, Sales, Customer Service and Supply chain teams) to improve order process.
/li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliGood ability to interact with different professional levels.
/liliAbility to work in a group, make proactive suggestions in support of the daily business as well as further improvement initiatives.
/liliProblem solving approach.
/liliTwo/Theee years of experience in professional rule specializes in ensuring the efficient and accurate fulfillment of Customer orders in operational contest.
/liliSAP Sales Order reports and Order confirmation, like also relative Material Master data setting.
/liliItalian and English language are mandatory.
