to identify trends.contribute to development plans, learning initiatives and internal communication.Requirements3?5 years of experience in hr, preferably in a fast?paced start?up environment.bachelor's degree in psychology, hr management, labor law, business administration or related field.fluent in italian and english.good knowledge of excel or googlesheets.proactive, solution?focused and able to work in a fast?paced environment.excellent communication, time?management and organisational skills.
