Through a structured cross-functional experience, you will brotate across our Engineering,



Business Development and Technical Sales, and Project Management teams.
/bAt every step,you will agevolazioni fromb valuable experience, exposure to senior leadership, a personalized training and development plan, and formal mentoring /b.
/p pYour journey will start with a full-time permanent contract and a 1-month Academy at our Milan HQ, followed by an 18-month cross-functional rotation across Engineering, Business Development and TechSales, and Project Management teams, and conclude with a 5-month final placement in the department that best fits your strengths and ambitions.
/p pYour responsibilities will include: /p ul liExplore market trends and uncover new business opportunities; /li liShape technical and commercial offers for cutting-edge energy storage projects; /li liDive into system sizing, design validation, and cost optimization; /li liTrack technical progress and support the Engineering team during project execution; /li liSupport relationships with clients and contractors; /li liMonitor timelines, budgets,



and milestones throughout project execution; /li liBoost efficiency by enhancing tools and streamlining internal processes; /li liGain a comprehensive understanding of the entire lifecycle of an energy storage project.
/li /ul h3Requisiti /h3 pbRequirements /b /p ul liMaster's degree in Electrical or Energy Engineering.
Outstanding graduates in Automation or Mechanical Engineering may also be considered; /li liProficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; /li liProficiency in English.
Any additional language will be considered a plus; /li liLegally entitled to work in Italy on a full-time basis; /li liRecent graduate or with up to 1 year of experience; /li liAvailability to work at our HQ in Milan, Piazzale Lodi.
