Overview
In this role you provide technical support and skilled troubleshooting for Apple customers in Milan, aligning with Apple's mission to deliver an exceptional, only-at-Apple experience.
You will deepen knowledge of Apple products, repair processes, and Genius Bar workflows to enable high-quality repairs.
You engage customers with care, educate them on repair options and ways to buy, and share feedback with the team to improve service.
You work in a fast-paced retail environment, collaborating with teammates to foster an inclusive, customer-focused culture and drive meaningful impact.

Responsabilità
Develop knowledge of Apple products, services, and Genius Bar repair processes to support efficient repairs
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve service concerns for select Apple hardware and software
Collaborate with team leaders to identify recurring repair problems and relay feedback to Apple
Provide excellent customer service by understanding needs,



recommending products/services, and educating on purchase options
Support customer-facing activities on or off the sales floor as needed
Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and embracing learning
Demonstrate Apple's values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities

Demonstrate technical expertise of Apple products and services
