/p h3Key Responsibilities of the Role: /h3 ul liTo provide full support to Construction Team including, /li liManagement of the project cost control.
/li liResponsible for the weekly reporting to the site and sector commercial managers and the line manager.
/li liPreparation of the monthly accounts for the Client.
/li liResponsibility for the forecasting of cash inwards outwards /li liResponsible for Completing Month End Reports for projects /li liSeparating cost out between the projects as all are combined within one job code.
/li liFinalising subcontractor applications and processing payment certs.
/li liManaging Processing and approving all car and house rentals.
/li liCleaning and waste removal invoices.
/li liBilling correctly the invoices and car rental to each project as defined.




/li liProcessing payment of warehouses and phone bills for projects.
/li liManaging of the catering for the Sites along with the rental.
/li liAligning with Invoices to ensure payment is approved.
/li liApproving and creating PO's for hire.
/li liAligning subsistence and flights for Project staff members and ensuring reimbursement is done.
/li /ul h3Essential Criteria for the Role: /h3 ul liAcademically (Degree) qualified and or relevant experience in the industry /li li3+ years' experience in a cost control / management role /li liExperience in the electrical sector an advantage /li liExperience in use of Excel a requirement /li liExcellent Analytical and problem-solving skills.
/li liHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail.
/li liExperience using SAP Microsoft Office advanced user skills.
