Based in our Milan HQ, you will be the heart of our office culture, ensuring our spaces in Milan, Rome, Turin, Naples, and Palermo are running smoothly.
/ppYou will join a dynamic People Team, acting as the go?to person for everything from facility management to planning the legendary Summer and Winter parties.

/ph3Office Operations Administration /h3ullibCentral Administration: /bServe as the main point of contact for administrative matters, including managing PEC, processing payments, handling merchandising, and supporting the onboarding of new joiners.
/lilibBudget Management: /bManage office budgets and supply inventory,
ensuring timely orders and cost-efficiency.
/lilibFacilities Management: /bCoordinate with external vendors for cleaning, catering, and security across all 5 locations.
quickly addressing and resolving any facility-related issues.
/lilibStakeholder Management: /bAct as the bridge between various stakeholders, from Senior Managers and interns to external providers.
/li /ulh3Culture, Events Engagement /h3ullibEvent Planning: /bLead the planning and execution of major office events, including our massive Summer and Winter parties, as well as leadership summits and conferences.
/lilibOffice Vibes: /bPlan and organize regular in?office activities to engage employees, boost office attendance, and cultivate a positive work environment that reflects Glovo's culture.
/lilibSocial Impact: /bAct as the local point of contact for GlovoCares, our volunteering program, helping our team give back to the community.
