In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating user-generated content, investigating reports, and taking appropriate action to enforce community standards and platform policies.
/ppYou will play a key role in identifying harmful behavior, mitigating risks, and improving the overall user experience by proactively addressing safety concerns and supporting continuous improvements to trust and safety processes.
/ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliReview and evaluate user-generated content, including profiles, videos, messages, and other reported content, ensuring compliance with community guidelines and platform policies.
/liliInvestigate, assess, elevate, and resolve issues reported by users or flagged by internal systems.
/liliAnalyze data and contextual information to accurately determine the severity and impact of reported incidents.
/liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams when handling sensitive or complex trust and safety matters.
/liliMonitor trends and emerging risks to identify potential threats and prevent abuse before it occurs.
/liliDevelop qualitative and quantitative reports to support continuous improvement, optimization, and innovation within trust and safety operations.
/liliReview new and existing platform features, providing recommendations that enhance user safety and reduce opportunities for misuse.

/liliContribute to maintaining a positive and secure community experience by enforcing policies consistently and fairly.
/li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliFluency in bItalian /band bEnglish /b (minimum B1/B2 level).
/liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex situations and make sound decisions.
/liliExcellent time management and organizational abilities.
/liliOutstanding written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
/liliAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make critical decisions under pressure.
/liliExperience reviewing content, moderating online communities, customer support, compliance, risk management, or trust and safety operations is an advantage.
