Randstad Inhouse, Specialty Pharma, for a multinational company in consumer healthcare sector is looking for aSkin Health Scientist
Work area: Pomezia
Contractual situation: 12 fixed-term contract
Responsabilità
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Execute and support projects aligned with brand
Support end-to-end developmentactivities, troubleshoot technical challenges, and ensure successful project delivery
Perform hands-on technical work, support the manufacturing scale-up team,data analysis, and pipeline execution
Utilize expertise in formulations, ingredientselection, raw material management, and cost optimization
Translate product science into consumer-relevant insights
Prepare technical reports/manuscripts, provideproject updates, and facilitate cross-disciplinary collaboration to generate new ideas and solutions.
Functie-eisen
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education Level: BSc or MSc in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering,Biotechnology,



or related field.
Language Level: Fluent in English (written and spoken), minimum C1 level.
Ability to work independently, organize and execute assigned tasks efficiently, and manage communication flow for multiple initiatives
Strong ability to monitor timelines, identify and escalaterisks, and troubleshooting issues as they arise
