Abbott is seeking a customer service professional to act as the first point of contact for customers in Rome. You will handle inquiries via phone and email, resolve issues directly or escalate to sales, technical or service teams as appropriate, and maintain a solid understanding of Abbott’s products and services.

You will be responsible for recording interactions accurately in internal systems and supporting a positive customer experience in line with Abbott's service standards.
