We are supporting a leading global luxury brand in the search for a CRM & Client Data Specialist to join its international Marketing Operations / User Experience team.Verifichi qui sotto se possiede i requisiti per questa occasione e, in tal caso, invii la sua candidatura il prima possibile.This is a hybrid CRM and Digital Transformation role, combining Salesforce expertise, project deployment and strong stakeholder management across global markets.Key responsibilities:Support the global rollout and adoption of the CRM platform across regions and local markets.Act as a key point of contact for regional and local teams, providing hands‑on support throughout deployment and platform stabilization.Collect feedback and business needs from different markets and translate them into clear, actionable requirements for central and technical teams.Support Salesforce releases, including testing and validation of new features and fixes.Identify platform issues, operational risks and opportunities for continuous improvement.Support local teams during key international events, helping ensure effective platform usage and client data collection.Develop and share best practices,
ensuring learnings from different markets are incorporated into future releases.Work closely with cross‑functional and technical stakeholders to support the ongoing evolution of the CRM platform.The ideal profile:3+ years of experience in CRM management or a closely related CRM project environment.Good knowledge of Salesforce and CRM platforms (no coding skills required).Experience in CRM rollout, platform adoption, business requirements, testing or continuous improvement would be highly valuable.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a hands‑on approach.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including interaction with business and technical teams.Full professional fluency in English.Willingness to travel extensively internationally.Availability to work on-site in Maranello. xysqume The role would suit someone looking for a highly international and cross‑functional CRM position, combining Salesforce, market interaction, platform deployment and continuous improvement, with significant exposure to both business and technical stakeholders.#J-18808-Ljbffr
