Based in Italy (ideally Milan), you’ll work independently and hands‑on – from project scoping to execution – while collaborating closely with our core team. You will work closely with the founder, the Head of Marketing & Communications, and our creative network. Next to the project work, we are looking for someone who not only shapes the future of our clients, but also helps grow and refine FERUS as a company.YOUR ROLEThis is a hands‑on role for someone who is structured,
and experienced in leading brand and communication projects – with a clear sense of timing, priorities, and client needs. You will manage your own portfolio of projects and be responsible for driving them forward from concept to execution.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESLead and execute complex branding, marketing, and communication projectsManage selected english and Italian-speaking client accountsTranslate client goals into structured timelines, deliverables, and processesPrepare and maintain project overviews, documents, and timelines in NotionDrive the structure and continuous improvement of our Notion workspace for global project managementCoordinate with designers, writers, strategists, developers, and other collaboratorsTrack budgets, feedback rounds, and deadlines with clarityAnticipate potential roadblocks and act proactivelyCollaborate closely with the founder and the Head of Marketing & CommunicationsContribute ideas and improvements to help shape how FERUS works and growsYOUR PROFILE3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in branding xysqume or agency settingsStrong client relationship management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects in parallelNative Italian and fluent English (C1+), both written and spokenBased in Italy, ideally Milan (or easy travel to Zurich, Switzerland)Excellent organisational and communication skillsHigh level of autonomy, responsibility, and reliabilityConfident working in Notion, Google Workspace, and digital collaboration toolsBonus: understanding of hospitality, luxury, or lifestyle brandsWHAT WE OFFERA key role in a growing, design-driven company with international scopeThe chance to work with leading hospitality brands such as Bellagio, Das Kranzbach, and Rote WandA high level of trust, independence, and creative responsibilityCollaborative work environmentThe opportunity to help shape how FERUS operates and growsA remote‑friendly, flexible work environment with flat structures#J-18808-Ljbffr
