We are seeking an organized Remote Booking Specialist to assist clients with researching available options and coordinating reservations through online platforms.

Responsibilities

- Communicate with clients regarding their requests and preferences
- Research available options using online systems
- Assist with accommodations, transportation, activities, and related arrangements
- Review reservation details for accuracy
- Provide confirmations and important information
- Assist with modifications and customer requests
- Maintain organized client and reservation records
- Follow up on outstanding details
- Communicate with service providers when needed
- Provide ongoing client support
