As a Cabin Server, you'll take ownership of the onboard experience, ensuring every passenger enjoys a flawless journey from start to finish. You'll work closely with the flight crew, manage all aspects of cabin service, and anticipate the needs of discerning travelers with discretion and professionalism.What You'll Be DoingService Excellence: Ensure a high level of service and comfort for all passengers—every interaction matters. Provide passengers with a memorable experience with the highest level of responsiveness. Greet passengers boarding aircraft with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. Attend to routine passenger needs as requested with warmth and efficiency.Catering and Culinary Expertise: Prepare and present catering orders and beverage orders as requested. Provide bespoke menu proposals in line with passenger preferences or specific instructions. Manage logistics related to client onboard experiences and service requests.
Purchase and procure items in line with specific instructions.Cabin Management: Prepare passengers and aircraft for landing, following procedures. Clean and organize the cabin as needed. Maintain the appropriate amount of aircraft stock and supplies. Keep the Captain informed of any passenger plans or needs that may affect the conduct of the flight. Maintain a pristine environment onboard, conducting regular snagging audits of the cabin and service‑related areas. Advise of necessary works to maintain the highest standards.Inventory and Logistics: Manage client‑specific stock and accoutrements. Maintain a pristine environment onboard the aircraft. Balance passenger advocacy at all times while adhering to core company values and behaviours.What We're Looking ForEducation and ExperienceAssociate degree or equivalent from two‑year college or technical school. Extensive experience in business/private aviation. Previous customer service experience, preferably in a high‑end service environment. Previous Flight Attendant/Cabin Server/Butler Training or equivalent is essential. Previous corporate aviation experience is preferred but not necessary.Skills and QualificationsKnowledge and passion for cuisine, cooking, and mixology skills. Fluent and competent in both Italian and English—essential for this role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional and positive attitude.
Strong attention to detail while prioritizing multiple tasks. Ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing needs. Legal ability to work in the territories the company serves. Ability to travel in and out of all cities/countries where the company travels.Physical RequirementsModerate amounts of bending and lifting of various weights, including supplies and catering needs. Physical demands associated with cleaning and stocking of aircraft. Able to push open/pull closed aircraft doors. Must be able to stand and sit for extended periods. Must be able to assess conditions visually and aurally.Working ConditionsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, wet and/or humid conditions including extreme heat and cold, high/precarious places, outside weather conditions, vibration, and chemicals including aviation fuels and lavatory fluid.
