CUSA, LLC is seeking a customer service oriented individual for hotel front desk duties in Italy, Veneto, Venezia. You will manage calls, reservations, and guest check-ins/outs, while ensuring payment verifications and a welcoming arrival experience.

The role requires teamwork, professionalism in dispute resolution, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays across 7a-3p or 3p-11p shifts. A background check will be completed for all applicants.
