Responsabilities

- Team management and leadership
- Manage, support, and develop team skills
- Unite teams around La Minerva and Paris Society values, culture, and standards
- Identify high-potential candidates (promotion, mobility, transfer)
- Set an example of excellence, rigor, and personal commitment
- Implement regular training to develop managerial and operational skills
- Operational excellence & brand image
- Be the guardian of the GiGi & Mimi Kakushi brand, image, quality, concept and standards
- Ensure compliance with service processes and standards across all areas.
- Identify operational issues and implement appropriate and sustainable solutions
- Ensure consistent customer experience across all establishments
- Economic performance & financial management
- Ensure the best possible performance in terms of revenue and profitability
- Manage and monitor the annual bud
