The role manages end-to-end sourcing activities for IT categories, delivering value, innovation, risk mitigation and supplier performance while acting as a trusted procurement partner for IT and business stakeholders.You’ll work closely with the Head of Group Category Management to drive meaningful results and shape the way we work and grow.More specifically, you will:Manage end-to-end sourcing processes for IT categories: RFP/RFQ, supplier selection, negotiation and contractingSupport the development and execution of Group IT category strategies in coordination with IT leadershipNegotiate software, SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, hardware, telecom and IT services agreementsIdentify savings, cost avoidance and value creation opportunities through demand challenge, benchmarking and supplier competitionManage supplier relationships, performance reviews,
renewals and issue resolution for key IT vendorsPartner with Legal, Finance, Cybersecurity, Privacy and IT teams to ensure contractual, compliance and risk requirements are addressedEnsure adoption of Group Procurement Guidelines, P2P processes and procurement tools such as SAP Ariba and Vendor PortalWHO YOU AREYou bring 8+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing or vendor management roles, preferably with solid exposure to IT categories within international and matrix organizations;You’re skilled in software, SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, hardware, telecom and/or IT professional services procurement;You have a strong understanding of IT contracts, licensing models, service levels, renewals and supplier performance management;You are structured, analytical and business-oriented, with the ability to translate technical requirements into clear commercial strategies;You have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.WHAT WE OFFERThe position provides for a base salary between: 50.000 € - 60.000 €Remuneration is determined on objective criteria, regardless of gender.Within the base salary range, individual pay is determined by knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.JOINING ERMENEGILDO ZEGNA GROUPJoining us means becoming part of a Group rooted in a rich heritage and guided by a long-term vision.
