Experimental Roma, opening in mid-2026 in Rome, is seeking a Reservation Agent to manage tailor-made services for individual clients and corporate guests.
You will enter and check reservations in line with group procedures, proactively respond to requests by email or phone, monitor indirect bookings, and assist with changes to bookings.
English and Italian are required, a third language is a plus, and Opera Cloud knowledge is advantageous. A high-end hotel background is preferred.
