We are looking for the next season 2027, a Concierge Agent to join our Front of the House team.
The ideal candidate is willing to provide authentic, luxury experiences in world-renowned destinations to our guests, demonstrating care, confidence and curiosity.
He/She will Report to the Head Concierge.
- Provide comprehensive and insightful recommendations on local attractions, dining, shopping, cultural events, and hidden gems.
- Skillfully make reservations and arrangements for restaurants, transportation (taxis, private cars, boats), excursions, spa treatments, and other bespoke services.
- Maintain an extensive network of contacts with local businesses, vendors, and service providers to secure preferred access and exceptional experiences for guests.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests with the utmost professionalism, discretion, and efficiency, no matter how unique or challenging.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on hotel services, facilities, and local events.
- Manage guest mail, messages, and packages with care and precision.
- Maintain a detailed log of guest preferences and special requests to ensure a highly personalized service experience during current and future stays.
- Collaborate closely with all hotel departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;) to ensure seamless communication and exceptional service delivery
