As Senior Director of Product, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution for a critical Employer of Record (EOR) product offering.
You will oversee the full employment lifecycle, from onboarding and contracts to benefits, payroll, time off, and offboarding.
Your scope will span customer-facing experiences, internal operational tooling, and the employee experience delivered through the platform.
You will turn complex regulatory and operational requirements into scalable, automated product experiences that reduce risk and improve efficiency.
Working across Product, Engineering, Design, Operations, Legal, and Finance, you will shape both product strategy and broader business outcomes.
You will lead and develop a team of product leaders while raising the bar for ownership,
performance, and outcome-driven product management.

Accountabilities
Own the overall product vision, strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for the Employer of Record offering, ensuring team-level priorities connect directly to company objectives.
Take accountability for the end-to-end performance of the product and the operational experience behind it, not simply the features that are delivered.
Translate complex, localized employment regulations and requirements into scalable, automated workflows that reduce manual effort and operational dependency.
Balance investment across new product capabilities, regulatory requirements, technical debt, operational improvements, customer needs, and business priorities across multiple teams.
Lead, coach, and devel
