The roleWe are seeking an Early Years Educator to join the school in Milan. The role will commence in September 2026 and will be offered on a one-year fixed-term contract.




It is essential that the appointed candidate holds the appropriate teaching qualifications to work with children aged 2–3 years old, as required by Italian law. Previous experience of the IB PYP curriculum is desirable, although applicants from other curricula who are committed to high standards and innovative approaches to learning are also welcome.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, play-based Early Years education for children aged 2–5.
- Plan and implement engaging learning experiences that support holistic development across cognitive, social, emotional, and physical domains.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes curiosity, independence, and wellbeing.
- Observe, assess, and track children’s progress, using evidence to inform planning and next steps.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children’s development and learning pr
