Based from the company’s Milan office on a hybrid basis, this is an excellent opportunity to join a highly collaborative, international sales environment with clear opportunities for career progression.
As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving new business and expanding market share across Italy within the Test & Measurement space. Working closely with internal sales teams and external stakeholders, you will identify new opportunities, engage with customers, and promote cutting‑edge technical solutions.




This position would suit a candidate with a technical background who is looking to build a long-term career in technical sales and has already gained some exposure to a commercial, sales or customer-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business and increase market share across Italy
- Proactively identify and qualify new opportunities through outbound activity
- Manage and grow an active, unassigned customer base
- Build strong relationships with customers and prospects
- Collaborate with internal sales and technical teams to maximise sales conversion
- Support key accounts and larger commercial opportunities
- Deliver regular reporting and pipeline analysis

Key Requirements
- Education in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a similar technical discipline
- Some experience xysqume in sales, business development or another customer-facing role
- Fluent Italian and English communication skills
- Commercially driven with a genuine interest in technical sales
- Strong communication and relationship‑build
