Philogen S.p.A. is looking for motivated recent graduates in Biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry or related scientific disciplines to join the Company through six-month internship opportunities within its GMP Department, across CMC Production, Quality Control and CMC Quality Assurance.

Philogen is a Swiss–Italian integrated biotechnology company focused on the development of innovative biopharmaceuticals for the treatment of cancer and inflammatory diseases.

These internships offer a concrete training opportunity for graduates interested in starting their professional careers in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry, gaining hands-on experience in a highly regulated and scientifically advanced environment.

Depending on the candidate's academic background, interests and profile, the selected candidate may be involved in one of the following areas:

CMC Production
The internship offers the opportunity to gain practical experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing processes within a GMP-regulated environment.
Main activities may include:




• Supporting day-to-day manufacturing and production activities;
• Assisting in the preparation and management of production documentation;
• Learning about GMP procedures and manufacturing standards;
• Supporting process monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.

Quality Control (QC)
The internship provides exposure to laboratory activities and quality control processes aimed at ensuring the quality and compliance of pharmaceutical products.
Main activities may include:
• Supporting analytical and laboratory testing activities;
• Assisting in the management of samples, laboratory records and documentation;
• Becoming familiar with quality control procedures and GMP requirements;
• Contributing to routine laboratory operations and quality monitoring activities.

CMC Quality Assurance (QA)
The internship offers an introduction to quality management systems and regulatory compliance within the pharmaceutical industry.
