Overview

We are looking for a Digital Media Specialist to join our Digital Marketing team at the Global Headquarters in Milan, Italy.

Your Impact

The Digital Media Specialist will support the planning, execution and optimization of global paid media initiatives across social, display and emerging digital platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking with a passion for luxury storytelling, translating brand objectives into impactful media strategies that drive both awareness and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of global paid media strategies across key business moments, product launches and brand initiatives.
• Plan, launch and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat and other relevant regional ecosystems.
• Coordinate end-to-end campaign execution, partnering with internal teams, creative agencies and media partners to ensure excellence in delivery.
• Drive audience-led media planning leveraging first-party data,



customer insights and platform automation capabilities.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations based on data, attribution models and business KPIs.
• Contribute to reporting frameworks, measurement strategies and campaign effectiveness analysis.
• Stay ahead of industry developments, digital media innovations, luxury consumer behavior and competitive trends.

Qualification

• An understanding of the Luxury and Fashion Industry, including recent trends and wider landscape;
• 3-5 years of experience in Digital Media, Paid Social, or related roles.
• Experience managing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Snapchat and digital display ecosystems.
• Meta and Tiktok certification is a plus;
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
