Become Octocom's first Account Executive dedicated to Italy and expand a market where we already serve customers.

• Location: Remote, anywhere
• Hours: European working hours
• Languages: Italian and English
• Base salary: €4,500–€8,000 gross/month (€54k–€96k/year)
• Commission: 10% recurring revenue share, uncapped
• Premio: Ramp bonus

About Octocom
Every day, support teams spend thousands of hours on the same questions. Where is my order? How do I return this? Which product should I choose? Can I change my delivery address?

Octocom builds AI agents for support and sales for consumer businesses. Our agents handle conversations independently across chat, email, and phone, from order tracking and returns to product guidance and order changes. Businesses get faster responses, lower support costs, and more sales.

We grew 10x in 2025 and are on track to do it again in 2026. Our AI has already handled hundreds of millions of customer conversations. We keep things direct: few meetings,



no politics, clear responsibility, and honest feedback.

The role
We already work with e-commerce brands in Italy. Now we're putting a dedicated Account Executive on the ground to grow our presence across consumer businesses, with e-commerce as a key segment. You'll be the first person focused on the Italian market, with real ownership over how we win there.

You won't start from zero. You'll bring years of Octocom sales playbooks, a proven product, and direct support from the founders, then adapt them to Italian buyers.

What you'll do
• Build your pipeline. Find high-potential Italian consumer businesses, with e-commerce as a key segment. Start conversations and create qualified opportunities.
• Run the full sales cycle. Discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, and closing.
