Key Responsibilities
Deliver elite customer service to Singapore Airlines passengers, upholding the airline's reputation for premium service.
Manage flight bookings, re-routings, and complex itinerary changes with high attention to detail.
Provide expert guidance on travel documentation, baggage policies, and aviation regulatory requirements.




Resolve complex customer inquiries through telephone, email, and chat, ensuring premium satisfaction.
Coordinate with international flight operations teams to manage passenger requests effectively.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of airline loyalty programs and premium membership benefits.
Represent the aviation industry with professionalism and cultural sensitivity in every interaction.
Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece.
Excellent communication skills and a passion for the aviation and travel industry.
Professional demeanor with a high level of problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to work on-site in Athens, Greece, as part of our dynamic, international office team.
