Overview In this role you support the local study team in Italy from start-up to close-out, ensuring trial documentation, progress tracking, vendor coordination, and timely investigator payments. You contribute to compliance and inspection readiness so new treatments reach patients with serious chronic diseases. You'll work within the Clinical Development Centre's operational backbone, collaborating across functions to keep trials on schedule. Retribuzione / Benefits
Salary range: 36,640 to 53,130 EUR

Responsabilità
Prepare and submit start-up documentation for trials
Set up and maintain the eTMF and iTMF to ensure complete, accurate, and compliant records
Track trial activities and coordinate tasks to support high-quality delivery and inspection readiness




Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders in vendor management
Ensure site payments are processed on time and resolve payment issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth information flow and on-schedule trial execution
Requisiti fondamentali
Master in Life Sciences
Solid understanding of clinical trial phases, regulatory guidelines, GCP, and ethical considerations
Hands-on experience with CTMS and other digital tools for study documentation
Ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to build relationships with stakeholders
Analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve study-related issues and suggest improvements
Integrity, sound judgement, and attention to detail
Openness to new digital tools and adaptable in a fast-paced trial environment
