We are currently looking for a motivated professional to join our team for the Italian Speaking Customer Service Agent For Imperial position in Greece. Provide high-quality technical and general assistance to customers regarding premium consumer electronics products.

Troubleshoot common issues related to device hardware, software updates, and product features.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within the CRM system to improve service delivery.
Educate clients on the latest product launches and features within the consumer electronics sector.
Foster brand loyalty by delivering a professional, empathetic, and knowledgeable support experience.
Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written).
Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the technology or consumer electronics market.
Strong digital literacy and the ability to navigate multiple software platforms simultaneously.

Willingness to relocate and thrive in a new international environment.
