Manage and support the European SAP landscape across SD, MM, WM,
and related processesMaintain service levels via incident management and troubleshootingAct as primary liaison for collecting new business requirements and project initiativesCoordinate SAP-related activities and help prioritize initiatives by business needProvide functional support to SAP users and educate them on processesPerform SAP customizing in SD and MM to enable new functionalitiesGather, analyze, document, and translate requirements into SAP solutionsCollaborate with technical teams to implement solutions and support daily operationsCoordinate ABAP development when needed to align with business needs and standardsContribute to process optimization and SAP projects across the organization
Requisiti fondamentali
