OverviewAs Senior Lead Semiconductor Analog Reliability & Quality Engineer, you ensure the reliability and automotive quality of APMS Analog products, focusing on new products and transfers. You will work with design, application, and product teams to plan, execute, and monitor qualification activities and test-board definitions. You analyze data, drive root-cause investigations, and deliver final reliability reports in line with ST procedures and customer requirements. You will support burn-in and continuous improvement, strengthening automotive reliability compliance. Responsabilità
Define and manage product reliability qualification plansCollaborate on test board definition and debug with design, application, and product teamsCoordinate and monitor reliability tests (internal and external)Analyze qualification data, drift trends,
and test resultsSupport failure analysis and root cause investigationsPrepare reliability reports and qualification status updatesSupport burn-in activities and continuous improvement initiativesContribute to automotive quality and reliability compliance
Requisiti fondamentali
Graduate in Electronics or Materials; Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronic Engineering, or equivalentMinimum 2–3 years in semiconductorsKnowledge of electronic component reliability and qualification testingGood analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a matrix organization and interact with cross-functional teamsGood communication skillsEnglish required; Italian preferredTeam and services-oriented spiritstrong analytical and problem-solving abilitieseffective cross-functional collaborationclear communicationelectronic component reliability and qualification testingfamiliarity with reliability tests such as HTOL, HTRB, THB, ELFR, PTC, and Short Circuitreliability tracking and analysis tools
