Verify authorization, cadastral, urban planning, and building documentationPerform site visits to assess condition, defects,
and capital expenditure plan costsAssess property's maintenance status and tenancy/lease contractsSupport client negotiations and draft purchase agreements with legal/tax/environmental teamsPrepare checklists and Q&A; analyze real estate development progressEvaluate construction contracts and incurred costs; verify SALsCertify work progress with cash flow updates
Requisiti fondamentali
3-5 years of due diligence experience in Real Estate or technical studiosBachelor's and master's degree preferably in Architecture or Civil EngineeringFluent in Italian and English (B2/C1)Excellent analytical and synthesis skillsStrong relationship-building and teamwork attitude; goal-orientedProficient in Microsoft OfficeKnowledge of drawing/design software (Autocad)Willingness to travel domestically and internationallyrelationship-buildingteamworkgoal-oriented mindsetAutocadMicrosoft Officedrawing/design software
