OverviewIn this role you will lead the Cyber Security Defence Center to strengthen cyber resilience, reduce business risk, and protect critical information. You will drive security monitoring, threat detection, and incident response, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. You will ensure compliance with NIS2 and continuously improve detection and response capabilities. This position offers strategic influence across security operations and a chance to shape the organization’s cyber defense program.

Responsabilità
Define and execute the CSDC strategy, roadmap, and performance objectivesLead security monitoring, threat detection, incident response, and cyber defence operationsManage cybersecurity incidents end-to-end with containment, recovery, and post-incident improvementsCoordinate major cyber incidents and crisis communications with stakeholdersEnhance detection capabilities through threat intelligence, threat hunting, vulnerability management,
automationAct as CSIRT representative ensuring NIS2 compliance and coordinating reportingLead and develop internal teams and external service providers for operational excellenceEstablish KPIs, reporting, and governance to measure CSDC performance, maturity, risks, and threats
Requisiti fondamentali
Bachelor in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or Computer ScienceExtensive experience in Security Operations, Incident Response, Threat Detection, or Cyber DefenceStrong knowledge of SOC operations, SIEM platforms, EDR/XDR, threat intelligence, IR methodologies, and network securityProven experience managing complex cybersecurity incidents and coordinating crisis responseSolid understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and regulations including NIS2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, MITRE ATT&CKExperience; leading cybersecurity teams and managing external security service providersStrong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and decision‑making in high‑pressure environmentsFluency in Italian and English, with availability for on-call dutyleadershipcommunicationstakeholder_managementSOC operationsSIEMEDR/XDR
