OverviewIn this role you will manage comprehensive financial operations for a Mantova-based subsidiary of a leading global construction machinery group. You will support financial reporting to management and Headquarters, work cross-functionally, and contribute to system and process improvements in a fast-growing environment. The position offers exposure to international group reporting and close collaboration with Sales, Procurement, Logistics, Operations and HR. You will help strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance across local tax and VAT requirements.

Responsabilità
Maintain accurate financial records and support P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow and management reportingHandle day-to-day finance operations: bank reconciliations, AP/AR, supplier invoices, payments and employee expensesParticipate in month-end and year-end closings including journals and accrualsSupport tax compliance and VAT submissions with external accountants and tax advisersAssist in budgeting,
forecasts and cost monitoring, flag variances and cost savings opportunitiesPrepare audit documentation and liaise with auditors; strengthen internal controls and processesCollaborate with Sales, HR, Procurement, Logistics, Operations and HQ on reporting requests and projectsSupport finance-related projects, system implementation and process improvements
Requisiti fondamentali
Degree in Accounting, Finance or related fieldMin. 3 years in a finance/accounting role focusing on bookkeeping, reconciliations and month-end closingWorking knowledge of local accounting and tax requirements including VATExperience with external accountants, tax advisers and auditorsExperience in a subsidiary of an international group with reporting to foreign HQ is a strong plusStrong Excel skills and experience with an ERP or accounting systemStrong attention to detail, numerical and analytical skills; collaborative and discreet handling of sensitive informationattention to detailcollaborationconfidentialityExcelERP or accounting systemVAT knowledge
