OverviewAs IT Application Manager, you steer change and evolution of key applications used by Group Head Office Corporate Functions. You translate new needs into within-scope solutions, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery and regulatory compliance. You collaborate with Production Services and vendors to assess impacts, risks, and architecture, including AI-assisted coding approaches. You drive adoption of AI-enabled development and maintain strong domain knowledge to sustain the application portfolio. This role offers impact across risk, finance, and communications functions within a security- and compliance-focused environment.

Responsabilità

Gather requirements from Change Initiators and assess impacts, risks, and costs on existing solutionsMaintain deep knowledge of functional domain, architecture, and technology stack of assigned applicationsExecute change management per internal guidelines and Group PoliciesCollaborate with Production Services to evaluate changes’ functional, technical, architectural,



and operational impactsSupport Service Transition and post go-live readinessHandle Audit/Regulatory/Compliance initiatives with remediation actions aligning with stakeholdersManage vendors, third parties, and AI development providers; monitor timelines, budgets, quality, security, and complianceProvide and govern tools for source code quality, security evaluation, and AI-generated code validation; manage technical risks and obsolescenceLead AI coding adoption (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, AI agents) ensuring compliance with EA principles and secure coding standardsEvaluate Generative AI opportunities to accelerate delivery and improve code qualityCoordinate with Project Managers for medium/large projects

Requisiti fondamentali

Min 3 years of similar experience in an international contextAbility to manage complex stakeholders and cross-functional teamsKnowledge of AI coding technologies and AI-assisted software developmentExperience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and software delivery practicesSelf-MotivatedTroubleshootingProblem SolvingAI coding technologies and AI-assisted software developmentCI/CD pipelines, automationSecurity assessment tools and remediation
