OverviewIn this role you will drive end-to-end SAP integration initiatives, focusing on O2C, P2P, and FI interfaces across a multinational environment. You will translate business needs into high-quality functional and integration requirements, coordinating with business, architecture, middleware, and vendor teams to deliver value-driven solutions. You will oversee the entire delivery lifecycle of SAP integration projects, ensuring governance, risk management, and on-time outcomes. This is a transformation-focused opportunity to shape cross-system integration strategies and enable scalable business processes.

Responsabilità

Collaborate with Business Owners to translate roadmap ideas into detailed, testable requirementsLead end-to-end O2C processes and SAP FI integration activities (billing, invoicing, customer master data, credit management, revenue postings)Define feasible, value-driven solutions with functional and technical teamsAnalyze complex processes to identify coherent end-to-end improvementsLead requirements, process design, and solution reviews for O2C, P2P, FI integrationOwn interfaces and data flows between SAP and non-SAP applications (mappings, transformations, orchestration, security, error handling, monitoring, reconciliation)Serve as primary BA contact for SAP integrations, coordinating across business, architecture, middleware, security, and vendor teamsWork with architects, SAP specialists, middleware teams and external integrators to define integration patterns and cross-system impactsReview functional/technical specs, interface designs, mappings, estimates,



and delivery plans for alignment with requirementsCoordinate external system integrators and technology vendors, managing scope, milestones, risks, and acceptance criteriaProvide end-to-end project oversight (planning, design, build, testing, cutover, hypercare, transition to support)Ensure successful delivery of SAP Integration projects with cross-functional teams and external partnersDrive root-cause analysis for complex integration issues and implement sustainable resolutionsPromote new technologies and best practices to create measurable business valueSupport transformation initiatives, migrations, upgrades, and integration projects from discovery to operationsProduce high-quality deliverables (process maps, requirements, user stories, test scenarios)Facilitate backlog refinement, workshops, and design reviews with stakeholdersCommunicate value, risks, dependencies, and recommendations through structured briefingsProvide governance and end-to-end traceability across delivery lifecycle

Requisiti fondamentali





7+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years as a Business Analyst in SAP-centric environmentsStrong knowledge of end-to-end O2C process and SAP FI integrationUnderstanding of end-to-end P2P processesKnowledge of enterprise middleware and integration architectures connecting SAP with other systemsPractical experience with SAP integration technologies (SAP PI/PO, SAP Integration Suite or Cloud Integration on SAP BTP, IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, APIs, web services, event-driven messaging, file-based integrations)Experience with middleware platforms (SAP PI/PO, SAP Integration Suite, MuleSoft, Boomi)Ability to analyze data flows, interface mappings, orchestration, error handling, monitoring and dependencies across SAP/non-SAP appsTroubleshooting and root-cause analysis coordination with multiple teamsEnd-to-end governance of integration delivery and traceability from requirements to supportExperience coordinating external integrators and vendors (SOWs, estimates, milestones, QA, risk management)Delivery governance and project lifecycle expertise (planning, testing, deployment, cutover, hypercare)Leading enterprise application and SAP integration projects with cross-functional teamsDocumenting business/functional/non-functional/integration requirements and data mappingsLeading workshops, backlog refinements, and design reviews with business and delivery teamsData analysis, testing support, and structured problem-solvingKnowledge of Agile and hybrid delivery modelsExcellent communication, listening, and facilitation skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced, international environmentsFluency in Italian and EnglishStakeholder managementFacilitation and workshop leadershipClear and structured communicationSAP PI/POSAP Integration SuiteCloud Integration on SAP BTP
