OverviewIn this role you design and deliver finance change initiatives across Accounting, Financial Reporting and Regulatory Reporting to support Group and local requirements. You’ll work with Finance, Risk and ICT to translate needs into sustainable processes and governed data, enabling controlled AI adoption. You will lead cross-functional programs, drive data governance and AI pilots, and oversee end-to-end transformation including new accounting standards and reporting frameworks. This position offers impact across a global bank and a path to scalable, compliant, AI-enabled finance solutions.

Responsabilità
Lead end-to-end Finance change and transformation initiatives from impact assessment to post-go-live stabilizationAssess accounting standards and regulatory requirements impacts on processes, data and controlsTranslate needs into business/functional requirements, data specifications and acceptance criteriaDesign and implement accounting, Financial Reporting and Regulatory Reporting solutions with analytics, automation and AI capabilitiesCoordinate cross-functional workstreams across Finance, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Data and TechnologyDefine scope, plans, milestones, resources, governance; monitor delivery and risksPlan testing, data migration, reconciliation and reporting validation including AI output controlsEnsure solutions are compliant,
auditable and governed with data privacy and model risk safeguardsDrive process simplification, standardization and automation while preserving data integritySupport stakeholder engagement, training and transition to business-as-usual operations
Requisiti fondamentali
Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Management Engineering or a related disciplineAt least four years of audit experience in banks or regulated financial institutions, followed by consulting or Finance transformation experience (2 years minimum)Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements and end-to-end Finance processesExperience with complex Finance initiatives (IFRS 9/16/18, GL transformation, Finance data architecture, Data Management or AI-enabled transformations)Understanding of bank prudential and supervisory reporting and data governance conceptsHands-on experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, impact analysis, solution design, testing, migration and implementationSound project management skills with Agile familiarity and ability to plan an AI roadmapExcellent stakeholder management and communication, including senior and international partnersFluent written and spoken EnglishAbility to work across functions and geographies with a delivery-focused mindsetStakeholder managementFacilitation and communicationCross-functional collaborationData governance and data lineageData managementAI literacy and responsible AI understanding
