OverviewAs Project Engineer Platform, you lead and coordinate engineering activities for the combine headers and trailers platform, acting as the technical interface between Engineering and cross-functional teams. You ensure accurate, timely delivery of engineering data, EBOMs, CAD models, and change documentation to enable on-time program execution. You drive alignment with Manufacturing, Purchasing, Costing and others to meet quality, cost and schedule targets. You will shape platform architecture, support NPI and cost optimization, and promote standardization across the engineering organization.

Requisiti fondamentali
Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering5+ years in product development, platform engineering, vehicle engineering, or project engineeringExperience coordinating cross-functional engineering activities in complex environmentsFluent in English; Italian preferred; international/multicultural experienceProficiency in product development processes, O365, PLM (Windchill preferred), CAD (Creo Parametrics)Knowledge of engineering data management and systems integrationExperience in agricultural/automotive/off-highway/industrial equipment sectors; global/matrix organizationsProject management certification or equivalent experiencecross-functional collaborationclear communicationproblem-solvingWindchill PLMCreo ParametricsCAD modeling and drawing release
