OverviewAs Senior Finance Manager at BIC World, you will own the full finance scope for strategic commercial growth. You partner with Sales, Marketing and the Leadership Team to drive profitability through robust planning, GTN management and performance insights. You lead financial control, compliance and the finance team, balancing hands-on execution with strategic influence. This role offers shaping financial strategy across Europe and delivering measurable business impact.

Responsabilità

Strategic finance business partnering within the Country Leadership Team and cross-functional groups to inform decisions and drive ROIOversee GTN management, including trade spend, discounts and promotions; contribute to P&L; reviews for customers and channelsLead P&L; ownership for the French entity, including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly closing with performance variance analysisEnsure GAAP and IFRS compliance, internal controls, cash flow and working capital management, and payroll coordination with HRCollaborate with FP&A;, GBS, Supply Chain,



and Group Finance; support investment cases and strategic initiativesDevelop and coach the Finance team; drive process standardization and efficiency improvementsImprove financial tools, data governance, and systems (ERP and planning tools); deliver dashboards and automation opportunities

Requisiti fondamentali

Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business AdministrationMBA or equivalent is a plusStrong ability to translate financial data into strategic insightsProven business partnering with senior stakeholdersExperience in GTN management, P&L; ownership, and cross-functional leadershipExcellent stakeholder management, storytelling with financial data, and executive presentation skillsStrong analytical, risk identification and proactive problem-solving abilitiesResilience, ethics, and high attention to detail with big-picture thinkingStakeholder managementLeadership and coachingStrategic thinkingFinancial planning and forecastingVariance analysisP&L; management
