The Technical Support Specialist will support the Export Area by providing technical expertise for field trials,
developing technical reports, and delivering training on the company’s product portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agronomy, plant nutrition, and agricultural markets, combined with solid analytical and communication skills. The role requires flexibility and willingness to travel internationally across Europe, Asia, and Africa, including long-haul trips, as well as occasional travel within Italy. The position also includes back-office activities to provide remote technical support to customers and other stakeholders.

Deliver technical training to customers and sales teams through webinars and in-person sessions.
Respond to technical inquiries via phone, email, webinars, and other appropriate channels.
