• Asset Management Planner for our Turin site. The resource will be inserted in the Test &
• Evaluation and Asset Management unit and in particular in the Test Instrumentation / Data &
• Simulation Management discipline where they will be able to contribute to the planning, cost management, resource and integration activities of the relevant systems for fighter, unmanned, trainer and airlifter aircraft. Main activities: The resource will mainly deal with:
Manage the planning of project activities, coordinating the activities, times, resources and development costs in collaboration with the Product Manager.
Monitor project progress,
identify critical issues and risks, propose corrective actions.
Interface with development teams and stakeholders to ensure compliance with milestones and project objectives.
Manage planning reporting and documentation. Educational qualification: Degree in Management Engineering, Computer Science, Economics or related disciplines. Required experience level: Junior TECHNICAL/IT SKILLS: Project planning and control
Resource and budget management
Risk analysis and problem solving
Reporting and KPI management
Knowledge of Project Management methodologies
Use of planning and scheduling software NICE TO HAVE: Project Management Certifications (PMP, Prince2, Agile/Scrum Master)
Experience in structured contexts and complex projects
Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban methodologies
