UX/UI Designer

TXT e-Tech is looking for a UX/UI Designer, with at least one year’s experience, to join the UX Design team and work on projects in the Aerospace and Defence sector at the client’s premises in Rome.
Main responsibilities
- Analysing existing customer journeys and defining desired user experiences to identify operational pain points and opportunities for process optimisation;
- UX design and wireframe creation;
- Accessibility and compliance with AGID guidelines;
- Management of the corporate design system;
- Collaboration with development teams;
- Design quality assurance (QA);
- Cross-functional collaboration with all project stakeholders.
Required technical skills
- Excellent command of Figma, including the structured management of component libraries, variants and complex design systems;
- Proven experience in designing information architectures and complex user flows within large-scale digital ecosystems;
- Ability to manage assigned projects independently or semi-independently, meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality standards.
Optional technical skills
- Practical knowledge of digital accessibility standards, including WCAG.
- Familiarity with React development principles to facilitate effective collaboration with front-end development teams.
Education:
High school diploma/Master’s in UX/UI.
Behavioural skills
- Strong active listening skills and the ability to understand the needs of different user groups;
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to both technical and business stakeholders.
- A strong team spirit and collaborative mindset, comfortable working in structured and cross-functional environments.

- The contract offered for this position is a permanent one, and the salary range for this position is between EUR 26.000 € and EUR 29.000 € gross per year;
- The grading/level will be defined during the selection process based on the candidate's profile and in accordance with the National Collective Labor Agreement (Metalworking Industry).
