# Gridspertise - Technical Support Smart Grids The Customer Operations unit, within Gridspertise, is looking for Technical Support Smart Grids. Join us and be part of the team that’s revolutionizing smart grids! ## What you will do: As Technical Support Smart Grids, you will responsible: * To provide local and remote technical support to all the internal and external stakeholders of the relevant perimeter (Troubleshooting); * To provide first level and specialized support to the relevant functions; * To lead and train the relevant stakeholders in technical activities (use of devices, remote systems, tools, etc.)
interacting with multidisciplinary groups from different countries; * To support initial and critical phases of new projects/contracts (installation, commissioning, fine-tuning, KPIs achievement, etc.); * To manage and support pilots and PoCs. ## Who you are: Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree preferably in Electric, Electronic or Telecommunication with: * 2 years of work experience; * Knowledge of distribution network systems and grid operations; * Knowledge of Smart grid technologies (RTU, RGDAT, RGDM, etc.); * Knowledge of Technical standards and regulations applicable for smart grid or smart meter devices; * Knowledge of TLC networks operation (3G, 4G, 5G, TCP/IP, etc.); * English (at least B2). **Note:** The scope and the perimeter of the unit requires the availability to travel It would be considered a plus: * Familiarity with distribution network systems and grid operations; * Any other foreign language, especially Spanish. ## What we offer: * Permanent contract in Milan * Annual salary range: €38,000 - €45,000 (In accordance with the Pay Transparency Directive No. 2023/970) * Personal growth and programs of empowerment * Lavoro da remoto, corporate welfare including supplemental health care, wellness programs, family and parental caring, benefits, conventions and more.
