Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Assist clients in navigating our services and products, ensuring an outstanding user experience.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
Identify and elevate any potential issues or trends to management for resolution.
Contribute to team projects and initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Fluency in Italian and working proficiency in English; addi
