We are a reputed and well-established travel agency based in Rome, and we are currently looking for an experienced Travel Agent to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have strong industry experience and thorough knowledge of BSP, IATA, airline ticketing, reservations, and related travel operations.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Travel Agent
- Thorough knowledge of BSP and IATA procedures
- Strong knowledge of airline reservations and ticketing
- Good understanding of travel industry practices and documentation
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a professional team
- should speak Italian and English
