Aeronautica's BU Service, specifically in the Aircrew Training organizational unit, we are looking for a Training Development Specialist for our Caselle Sud office.

The Aircrew

Training OU, involved in the establishment of an Approved Training Organization (ATO) within the C-27J program, needs a resource to be employed in the role of Training Development Specialist in the development and implementation of training programs for pilots and flight crews in compliance with current EASA regulations and the organization's needs.

The person will carry out the following activities:

Develop and update training materials (lessons, exam question database, Training Manual…) for catalog courses;





Collaborate with instructors and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure the relevance and quality of the content;

Ensure the traceability of courses and training activities;

Conduct training needs analyzes (Training Need Analysis, TNA) and identify improvement opportunities;

Participate in internal audits and inspections to ensure the compliance of training procedures with current regulations. Education: High school diploma or degree in technical subjects, preferably related to aeronautics. Seniority: Junior/Expert Knowledge and technical skills: Ability to design and develop training material;

Knowledge of EASA regulations, in particular Reg.(EU) 1178/2011 and certification specifications for ATO. Behavioral skills: Ability to work in a team;

Communication and relationship skills with customers and suppliers;

Organizational and coordination skills;

Problem solving and results orientation;

Flexibility. Language skills: Basic knowledge of English level B1. Computer skills: Good knowledge of the Office package. Other: Availability for national travel. Contract type: permanent;

Gross annual salary (RAL)/ salary range: B1/B2 - Ral - 32,731.92 - 43,000;

Thirteenth month's salary;
