The team delivers effective performance marketing initiatives, and this role will own campaign planning, execution, optimisation, and reporting while acting as a key digital point of contact for clients. This is a hybrid position.
Key Responsibilities Manage the planning and execution of paid search (e.g., Google Ads, Bing), paid social (e.g., networks, affiliation, DEM, retargeting), ensuring effective time and project management throughout all phases.




Strong data interpretation skills to supervise programmatic strategies and generate actionable insights for performance reporting.
Oversee end-to-end campaign processes: brief analysis, strategy definition, media budget allocation, vendor negotiation, media planning, booking, creative delivery, account setup, keyword and copy creation, daily optimization, and reporting-while coordinating effectively with internal teams throughout delivery.
Act as one of the digital focal points for clients on all digital marketing activities and trends, demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Build strong relationships across Client Management and cross-channel teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
Requirements Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Communication or similar fields.
2+ years of experience in managing digital advertising campaigns, with the ability to work with limited supervision and deliver high-quality results.
