The Role

- Provide advanced technical support for molecular diagnostic instruments, including hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Troubleshoot complex instrumentation, software, and hardware-related technical issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Engage with customers to gather detailed information about instrument complaints and perform root cause analysis.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis and systematic troubleshooting using a deep understanding of instrument functionality.
- Investigate and resolve customer technical issues, prioritizing critical cases to restore system uptime.
- Contribute to team knowledge sharing, support knowledge base updates, and mentor less experienced colleagues.

What You'll Need

- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Engineering, Electronics, Biomedical-engineering, Life Sciences, Clinical Laboratory Science, Laboratory Technician, or a related field.
- Multiple years of relevant experience in technical support of medical devices, diagnostic instrumentation, laboratory systems,



or a clinical laboratory environment.
- 2-3 years of experience in healthcare/biomedical handling medical devices and knowledge of the diagnostic market.
- Familiarity with molecular diagnostics and laboratory workflows in clinical or research settings.
- Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting complex hardware/software issues of laboratory instruments in a regulated medical device or diagnostics environment.
- Proficiency with computer systems and networking (e.g., Windows OS, LIS integration, basic networking protocols) used in laboratory or hospital settings.
