Supply planning & procurement specialist

We are looking for a

Supply Planning & Procurement Specialist to join our Purchasing team, combining operational procurement activities with Supply and Inventory Planning responsibilities.

Main responsibilities

- Plan and manage the purchasing process, from requirements analysis to PO fulfillment and supplier follow-up.

- Manage order confirmations, delivery monitoring and specific supplier conditions.

- Analyze demand, stock levels, inventory coverage and MRP proposals.

- Support and progressively own the optimization of MRP parameters, including safety stock, reorder point, lot size and lead times.

- Coordinate with Sales on forecast, planning strategy, stock targets and product phase-in/phase-out.

- Translate agreed planning decisions into operational purchasing actions and SAP parameter updates.





- Analyze and optimize inventory and replenishment flows across the different sites and MRP Areas.

- Monitor excess stock, slow movers and supply-related KPIs.

Profile

- Degree in Management Engineering, Supply Chain or similar.

- 2–4 years of experience in Supply/Material/Inventory Planning.

- Good understanding of MRP and inventory management principles.

- SAP experience strongly preferred.

- Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel knowledge.

- Fluent English.

- Previous experience in an industrial and international environment is a plus.
