Design and develop service equipment to enable efficient repairs for both new and existing products Analyze historical data and collaborate with logistics and operations teams to forecast spare parts and tooling requirements Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or a related technical field Knowledge of BOM management; good knowledge of manufacturing processes and repair procedure Understanding of spare parts lifecycle and service equipment design Familiarity with CAD tools for designing service tools and fixtures Experience with DC fast charging technology and high-voltage systems would be a strong plus Data analysis skills (Excel, Power BI) for forecasting and cost optimization Structured approach to work, solution oriented and customer focus mindset Fluency in English Innovative work environment in a young, dynamic team High-tech projects in the future-proof sector of e-mobility A wide range of further training opportunities Total compensation starting from € 45.000 gross per year, including a 20% variable premio based on goal achievement Additional company benefits Final compensation may vary based on the candidate’s experience,
