About the Role
The Customer Service Sales Engineer will support the business operation in the assigned areas.
Main responsibilities include:




Manage sales opportunities in the assigned geographies in collaboration with Customer Service Area manager, regional colleagues, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction;
Coordinate the internal processes (involving engineering / operations) to manage end to end CS projects, from offer to order and delivery to customer;
Assure project margin results along execution process and keep aligned communication both on customers and internal stakeholders;
Promote and develop continuous improvement process inside Customer Service department.
What You Need to Be Successful
Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Electronic or equivalent)
At least 2-3 years in Sales roles
Understanding of mechanical components and industrial machinery (preferred);
Passion and curiosity for technical topics;
Customer orientation and customer service mindset;
Good analytical and problem‐solving skills;
English proficiency; knowing other languages will be considered as a
