In this role, you will support procurement for large-scale, complex projects by identifying best technical and commercial proposals from suppliers. You will work with the Project Procurement Manager to develop the vendor base, run RFQs, and negotiate terms to achieve savings, quality, and timely delivery. You will ensure compliance with policies, manage supplier relations, and coordinate with Legal and Operations to finalize purchasing conditions.

Your work helps deliver projects within time, cost, quality, and environmental constraints, contributing to Webuild’s sustainable infrastructure goals.

Responsabilità

- - Define Vendor List and issue requests for quotations

- Negotiate commercial and contractual terms with suppliers

- Perform cost analyses and evaluate offers with technical verification

- Draft Purchase Orders terms in collaboration with Legal and Contracts

- Manage supplier relations in line with ethics and anti-corruption models





- Ensure on-time delivery within cost, quality, safety, environmental, and community constraints

- Support Material Manager in defining procurement strategy

- Coordinate with requesting departments to finalize offers and recommendations

Requisiti fondamentali

- - Degree in Engineering or similar

- 5-10 years of experience on large, complex projects

- Advanced English (oral and written)

- Strong negotiation and market analysis skills

- Experience with Microsoft Office and SAP

- Ability to manage supplier base xysqume and read key contractual terms

- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and teamwork skills

- Flexibility and mobility
